Wellington led the celebrations on Thursday 20 July, with Christchurch on 25 July and Auckland 27 July. APX staff were joined by over 200 clients and suppliers around the country.
APX General Manager Wendy van Lieshout joined all three events, sharing some of the exciting and innovative enhancements APX is delivering in tandem with their Australian corporate counterparts. "APX is benefiting hugely from our closer working relationship with helloworld's corporate travel business in Australia", said van Lieshout, "we've been able to implement proven and improved customer solutions as well as staff productivity tools which keep APX well ahead of the pack in the innovation space".
Widely considered a highlight of the industry social calendar, guests went in the draw to win some fantastic prizes including helloworld luggage, wine and other goodies.
Sarah Jackson of Sudima Hotels & Resorts said of the Auckland event, “The APX birthday celebrations are always a highlight! It was great to see all of the lovely APX team again in a relaxed environment, play some games and network with my industry friends.”
