When you make a booking in AeTM you will receive an email confirmation ("Trip Plan") which will also have a calendar attachment.
Do not double click on this. Instead:
1. Right click and save the calendar attachment from the email to your desktop or another handy location.
2. Go to 'Calendar' at the bottom of your Outlook screen.
3. Click on File at the top of your Outlook screen. Select 'Open and Export' and then 'Import/Export'.
4. Choose 'Import an iCalendar (ics)'.
5. Browse for your saved file.
6. Click 'OK'.
7. Select 'Import'.
